Your crinoid looks like a Taxocrinus whitfieldi (Hall).
I'm not sure how current the generic name for this
species but it will always be whitfieldi.The basis
for this identification is the paired secundibrachs
and the three primibrachs. It is a nice little flexible.
These normally had a very short stem that had a
kink near the cup, a short, fat mid section and
short and thin "tail" section. They were likely
bottom dwellers.
