Contact between calcareous shale and blocky claystone subunits in Lake Neosho Shale

Contact between the calcareous shale and overlying claystone. The
calcareous shale has weak fissility (inclined to the right in this view),
fine granular texture, uneven fracture, and relatively uniform light
greenish gray color. The claystone is blocky with fine-grained texture,
subconchoidal fracture, and is color mottled.
